Sad to say but in my country, there seems to be a life-long business partnership between HP and Emerio. The latter, is considered an underground syndicate run by Indian criminals whose modus operandi is to recruit unsuspecting I.T. graduates from lesser known colleges, universities or rural areas. Once hired, the initially enthusiastic contract worker will be overworked and underpaid.
I have often wondered why HP has retained the services of Emerio despite the fact of the latter’s high employee turnover. As a matter of fact, it is for this reason that in some operations, performance indices have gone down due to the mass resignation of its contingent workers.
It is unfortunate that HP may be unaware of how it’s contractor, Emerio is mistreating its employees. But what is really sad is that HP is just helping this slave driver, Emerio carry on with its outsourcing scam.
Giving the IT candidates a wonderful oppurtunity, onsite. Working days max will be 17 to 18 days, entitled for full month salary, complete medical, visa charges are absolutely free. The Indian candidates are saving High compare with their salaries when they worked in India.
From the work exposure they had grown like anything, last working day every month the salary will be paid. Many good things with Emerio - Malaysia.

Only for Indian candidates because all the Emerio managers are freakin’ Indians. As the saying goes “Birds of the same feather flock together” or probably in your case “Birds who have the same odor flock together”. Emerio managers are corrupt. Check this link:

I joined HP (under a recruitment agency) and was under “so called professinal training” for 3 months, which was not professional enough. The training was not wnough as there is too much to learn and the trainer….”sigh” is just not professional at all. They dont even wat to train and where to start from and it doesnt matter to them whether u understand the process or work. The people here is not as professional as seemed or told.
I was earning a good pay….i cant stand the people and team mates or the recruitment agency and i decide to resign.
They just succesfully made my life miserable. :`(
Beware of recruitment agents for HP especially Emerio. They’re just making money from HP and their contingent workers.
yup, it seems that everyone has become the victim of this scoundrel’s scam.
cant tell you how disappointing it is after i had become part of this HP contingent workers. Compared to the technical knowledge and work efficiency, it seems that HP has spent so much on these permanent staff but its their contingent workers who did all the works.
the only thing that could put me at ease is the experience that i’ve been working with HP which put me in much better salary offer compared to this contingency contract offer.

can someone please tell me how can I get out of here. I agree to what most of you are saying about emerio. I can testify that these are all true. I am looking for another job now, doesn’t matter if the salary is the same as long as I get out of our stinky boss who thinks that he is God when he demands on productivity. I just dont have a choice that’s why I’m staying. I am so tired of dragging myself to work for this company every day. HEEEELLLPP!
I have got an offer from emerio@hp as oracle dba, they offer RM 4200 per month, can someone please tell me what is the work environment there and is this a good offer?
Depend on how you look at this. If you think you are underpay or mistreated, think again, why is this happened. Is it because you are under performance? or because you are just too lame and slow to learn? Everything happened with the cause, please do not simply pin pointed at other saying you are mistreated. It only make you look silly.
If this company is underpaying and mistreated their employees, why is that no law sue from the employee to the employer (HP or Emerio or whatever the company is….)? How can they still making profit and still growing? Be wise in making decision, opportunity only knock once, if those who have no stand in this, you will always be the loser than other.
