I can tell you first hand that this is NOT a good company to work for. THey treat their staff badly, not considerate and poor benefits. The contractors have to beg and threaten to resign before they give RM50 increment for eg..
They have many ppl in HP, and all the ppl working for them are treated badly. Don\’t believe me? Just talk to ANYONE, not only from emerio, when you are in HP tower at damansara.

Yes I agree with whoever you’re. Now emerio has grow into DELL Penang. Them really threat ppl badly and I know cuz i been there….what to do just stay first cuz now not yet able to find work that is better.

Why Emerio? There are many other small but good companies. In Emerio there is no Job Security and no Benifit and later you will be cheated by deducting some extra money from your salary for which you never agreed and later Management will tell you this is companies policy
I agree with all of you. Even here in the Philippines top management is from India. And the salary is not competitive. And they are losing good people because they don’t treat them well. They don’t even recognize the Philippine Labor code. If you went to work on holidays you should get twice the pay of what you are getting. But what they are doing is giving you an additional day off which is sometimes hard to avail. Poor benefits. They also increase their bond. So when you resign with them, you won’t be receiving 3 months salary. You also receive a health from them which can’t provide you with good service or return of investment. SO people out there watch. They would promise this and that.
I agree to what you’ve stated guys, Emerio should manage their staff/people orderly & fairly. Their greatest assets are the people who are being outsourced from many different big clients.
As you can see, many of us (ex-emerio) have resigned due to this treatment. As for this year, you could say, there’s a mass-resignation of their employees here in the philippines.
So guys out there, don’t waste your talent in this company.
OMG, dont know what to say. I just signed a contract with them for Dell malaysia. They offered me 2500 ringgit(which is just 350 ringgit higher from what I’m getting here in the phillipines) with no benefits like allowance and bonuses. The only thing they mentioned on the contract is the HMO. Guys HELP please, I’m not sure if my decision is right. I signed the contract thinking that I can go to singapore while working for them. Do you think this is possible? Will they sue me if I resigned from them and applied for another job in sigapore or malaysia?
I am working in Emerio Philippiens for last 1 year. My experience with them is very good. They are open and clearly explained to me what they can offer and what not. When I singed the contract, I knew what I get and what I dont get. I joined as level 1 and now I am doing Level 2 and proportionate increase in salary. There are plenty of oppertunity to learn and grow. My first 1 year is an investment to my longterm carrier. Mangers are approachable, listens and give feedback constructively. I am thankful to Emerio for giving such a good oppertunity.

Thank God i resigned and got out of hell system they have. Emerio is on my top list of the worst company I’ve ever worked with. It’s a fucked up company that threats its employees like dirt. They totally threat their employees like slaves. The employees don’t fucking deserve the miniscule salary your giving them. So James, whoever you are, you don’t know what the employees at emerio had gone through, so don’t fucking praise the bastard emerio.
Emerio is a devil’s own company, ran by some crazy imp managers. They demand so much from their employees yet they give little.
Professionals out there consider this a friendly advice; don’t be mislead by their sweet talk and their stupid promises. You won’t go anywhere with emerio but an empty pocket, I fucking lost all my savings because of emerio.
The operations manager here in my country is probably building a large mansion for himself.
The typical Emerio employee deployed for more than a year in HP is usually belligerent, irritable, famished and emotionally depressed brought about by months of exploitation and abuse by unscrupulous Indians.
They know how valuable an employment certificate from HP is and they are well aware that there are so many gullible and unsuspecting I.T. talents here who would fall for this outsourcing scam.
Don’t let yourself be fooled by their recruitment agents. They’re not here to help you get ahead with your career.
Sad to say but in my country, there seems to be a life-long business partnership between HP and Emerio. The latter, is considered an underground syndicate run by Indian criminals whose modus operandi is to recruit unsuspecting I.T. graduates from lesser known colleges, universities or rural areas. Once hired, the initially enthusiastic contract worker will be overworked and underpaid.
I have often wondered why HP has retained the services of Emerio despite the fact of the latter’s high employee turnover. As a matter of fact, it is for this reason that in some operations, performance indices have gone down due to the mass resignation of its contingent workers.
It is unfortunate that HP may be unaware of how it’s contractor, Emerio is mistreating its employees. But what is really sad is that HP is just helping this slave driver, Emerio carry on with its outsourcing scam.
That’s right i am one of the victims of this company. This company is a labor code violator of the Philippines. There are so many promises while i am applying and i convinced of their flowering words. NO PAY working of extended hours & holidays. The VP of this company look like a terrorist, He look like Osama Bin Laden. This is my worst company that ever happened in my life.

How can you value a job when you’re not fairly treated and respected? Love begets love, as an old saying goes. Emerio doesn’t treat their employees well, how do they expect employees to give their 100% best?
As mentioned, Emerio is a Labor Code Violator! They do not give premium pays for special holidays, legal holidays, etc. All you can have a Compensatory Time Off that, most of the time, you cannot avail. You almost, cannot choose when to use that CTO because it is subject to approval by the “good-for-nothing” TL and the A**hole ADM.
Every now and then, they would implement rules that were not equally-agreed upon by the management and employees. They’ll just imposed it as if they are God! And poor employees, they cannot do anything or they loose they’re jobs. Emerio doesn’t listen to employees requests and suggestions. They really suck!!!

Im one of those ex-emerians. After working for almost a year in Emerio Phils, its really a nice feeling when you know you are already leaving (nyahahaha).The level of excitement is just like the time you get hired.:D:D:D:D, saying to yourself, ALAS!!!!i can get away now from this HELL place.
Working in a company that considers only self-profit,giving the lowest(maybe lowest in the whole world)salary(security guards in SM are receiving higher salary than us, IT ENGINEERS,,very frustrating!!!!!),limited benefits and incentives to the employees(no OT pay, no double pay, a very low Night diff,around 4% only)is one of a kind worst opportunity an employee can have. Well, it really sucks…
One thing also, they will give promotion to an employee at the time the DM or TL will know that he/she is applying for a new job or at most, resigning,huhuhuhu, how sad and frustrating…:(:(:(

salary not the ultimate there are many other factors - whether you happy with your work and is you have a good environment and where you can learn and grow more with a Carrer Path and is your company respect you or not. May be your salary a bit less than other company but you may have job satisfaction … but in Emerio you will not get anuthing.

I have overall 5 years exp in IT field with 2 an half in US.. They are saying they will give 4.5 K SD and send out list of all insturctions about the proposal form. I asked them a week time to decided whether to fwd my resume to the clietns or not. If they 4.5 K do they pay 4.5 atleast on time? I am not sure bout the value about my exp and the CTC in singapore. I am into the software testing field.
Yes I am fine with my company as of now. yes definitely the indian private companies also they earn more and sucks employees work and pay less. I think thats the outsourcing and consulting guys work.

Brother 4.5K SGD is not bad but you cannot save more than 2.3K depndsing your life style. Living cost very high in SGP now. rent a 2BHK is 1.7K to 2K now u guess, if you ready to stay with sharing apartment then it will be good.
But keep in mind all they do manpower outsourcing - and after one year what will happen to you? Will you get a job there? In this market if you are working with a company dont swich your job to play around. And frankly speaking Emerio is not a good place to work.
