certainly is my best experience to work here..i love ebworx
this company is very suck, the management suck. we must work overtime without any overtime paid. never give the bonus as they promise
let’s put some facts straight.
- when you say management sucks, if you refer to the middle management, then no objection. if you refer to the top management, please do check out other local IT companies, its singaporean competitors, as well as local management of MNCs. then, your yardstick could be different.
- i had lost track over OT policy for years. there are certainly company rules to follow but fact is non-managerial position employees are entitled to OT claim. but please do not expect OT claim for something trivial like

- i had lost track over OT policy for years. there are certainly company rules to follow but fact is non-managerial position employees are entitled to OT claim. but please do not expect OT claim for something trivial like less than 1 hour of additional work. many folks waste that amount of time on IM, abusing flexi working hours everyday.
- fundamentally, bonus = company performance + project performance + individual performance, and it is available to all permanent employees. i had never missed bonus during my long tenure. if you have been deprived of bonus which you truly believe you are deserving, would strongly encourage you to speak to your manager/authoritative person from higher management to justify your case. do help yourself before you expect others to step in to help you.
